You are currently on our United States website which ships to the continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

All Keshi Co jewelry is shipped from Hawaii using USPS. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders valued over $400 will require a signature for delivery.

Processing Times :

• Ready to Ship : Our order processing time for all ready to ship styles is typically 1-3 days. Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will begin processing the following business day.
• Made to Order : Please allow a 2 week processing time for all made to order styles to give our small team time to handcraft your one of a kind piece.

Estimated Shipping Times (additional to processing time ) :

• Hawaii : 1-2 business days.
• Continental USA : 3-5 business days.
• Canada : 10-14 business days.

Returns, Repairs, & Alterations

USA Returns :

We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your Keshi Co purchase. If you're unhappy with your jewelry for any reason we'll gladly accept the return of any item subject to the following conditions :

- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.

- Items must be returned in original condition, undamaged, and in their Keshi Co packaging.

USA Repairs :

All Keshi Co jewelry comes with a minimum 6 month guarantee. If your jewelry breaks during this time please contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the jewelry to be repaired and returned to you free of charge.

If your piece breaks after 6 months we will still be happy to repair your jewelry but you will be responsible for shipping charges. Repair charges may be incurred on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us and for $10 we will send you a prepaid label that covers return shipping of the jewelry from any USA location.

USA Alterations : 

Please take your time when ordering to ensure you purchase the correct size. Most of our jewelry comes in multiple sizes or with extenders that make the piece adjustable. If you order the wrong size we will be happy to alter the piece free of charge but you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please reach out to us and for $10 we will send you a prepaid label that covers return shipping of the jewelry from any USA location.
